PyCharm更换/添加下载源步骤
1，打开 PyCharm
2，点击 PyCharm -> Preferences
3，找到 Project: [项目名]，选择 "Python Interpreter"
4，点击 “+”，选择底部按钮 “Manage Repositories”，就可以更换或添加下载源了
常用下资源参考（http不能使用时切换到https）：
在添加前，先用浏览器打开源，如果能正常访问，添加到下载源里。
默认值：
https://pypi.python.org/simple
国内常用源：
清华：
https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
阿里：
https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
豆瓣：
https://pypi.douban.com/simple
